Obituary

SERGIO MALDONADO
Sergio Maldonado, 81, passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2018, at a local hospital.
Mr. Maldonado was born in Matamoros, N.L., Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Fortunato and Raymunda Maldonado.
His beloved wife, Gloria Guadalupe C. Maldonado.
Mother-in-Law, Rosa Castaño Aguilar.
Grandson, Omar Rolando Andrade.
Sister, Socorro De Leon Maldonado.
Brother-in-Laws, Jose Garcia and Juan Peña.

He is survived by his children, Raymundo (Margarita) Maldonado, Sergio (Iliana) Maldonado Jr., Rosa Maldonado, Jaime T. (Leticia) Maldonado, Mary Lou (Juan Jose) Robles, Dr. Rafael Maldonado, Griselda (Jarrod) Alley and Gloria (Viri) Maldonado.
16 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
Brothers, Dagoberto (Victoria) Maldonado and Fortunato (Diamantina) Maldonado.
Sisters, Maximiliana Garcia, Leonarda Peña and San Juanita (Jose Luis) Lozano.
Caregiver, Josefina Perales.

Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 14, 2018 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Southside Chapels, Loop 20 and Zapata Hwy. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 15, 2018. Holy Mass will be celebrated at San Vicente De Paul Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow in the Laredo City Cemetery.
