SIMONA P. CEBALLOS
Simona P. Ceballos, 89, passed away on Monday, April 20, 2020, in Laredo, Texas.
Mrs. Ceballos was born in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Martina Oralia Cuevas.
Sons, Pedro Manuel Ceballos and Ignacio Cuevas Jr.
Granddaughter, Brenda Lee Blake.
Grandson, David Nava.
Parents, Jesus E. Plata and Librada Silva De Plata.
Brothers, Arnulfo Plata and Rogelio Silva.
She is survived by her children, Jesus Ceballos, Teresita D. Ayala, Angelita Alvarado, Reyna Nava and Juanita I. Nava (Leonel Soto).

Also surviving her are numerous other relatives and many friends.
In compliance with City Orders by the Mayor of the City of Laredo, a private visitation will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, April 24, 2020. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Committal services will be held on a later date.
