Simona Garza's Obituary
SIMONA R. GARZA
Simona R. Garza, 76, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at a local hospital.
Mrs. Garza was born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico and had been a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Justo and Rosa Vela.
Son-in-Law, Steve J. Rodriguez.
She is survived by her loving husband, of 49 years of marriage, Antonio Garza Jr.
Children, Antonio (Rosa) Garza III, Arnold Garza, Anabel Rodriguez and Arnulfo (Patricia) Garza.
5 grandchildren.
Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St on San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
