SUSANA MARTINEZ Susana Martinez, 82, passed away on Sunday, July 18, 2015 in San Antonio, Texas. Mrs. Martinez was born Laredo, Texas and had been a long life resident. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, of 60 years of marriage, Andres M. Martinez. Parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hilario and Maria Luisa O. Valdivia. She is survived by her Children, Juan Jose (Maria De Los Angeles) Martinez, Maria Guadalupe Martinez and Andres G. (Adela) Martinez. Grandchildren, Sinenia (Marcelino) Rivera, Jose Angel C. Martinez, Andres Martinez III, Monica Martinez and Jennifer Martinez. Also surviving her are numerous other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapel, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2015 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
