THOMAS WESLEY DUNCAN III
Thomas W. Duncan III (Sonny) continued on his spiritual journey Thursday May 26, 2016. He was surrounded by his family in prayer when he passed. He will be missed by many. He will always be remembered for his love of family & friends, his love of roses, his love of the railroad, where he worked for over 30 years, and his beloved Marine Corps.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Wesley and Enriqueta Duncan.
Brother, Joe Robert Duncan.
In laws, Elijio and Florentina Herrera.
He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years of marriage, Alma H. Duncan.
Children, Henry (Ginger) Duncan, Melizza (Jose) Gonzalez, Robert Wesley (Colleen) Duncan and Kenneth (Ana) Duncan.
14 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Brothers, James (Connie) Duncan, John (Sonia) Duncan and William (Manuelita) Duncan.
Sisters, Angie (Enrique) Alvarado and Marylou (Juan Antonio) De Leon.
Sandra Lee Duncan, Mother of his grandsons.
Carlos T. Oliviera and family- And the extended Duncan family, nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 30, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez-Lopez and Sons East Chapel, 4500 Thomas Ave.
Funeral services will begin at 9:15 a.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at Divine Mercy Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will be held at the Laredo City Cemetery.
