TOMASA V. MEZA
Tomasa V. Meza, 87, passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 in San Antonio, Texas.
Mrs. Meza was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a recent resident of San Antonio, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Luis Meza Hernandez.
Parents, Mr. and Mrs. Delfino and Zeferina Marmolejo.
Brothers, Pilar Marmolejo, Andres Marmolejo and Crispin Marmolejo.
Sisters, Natalia Salazar, Josefina Hernandez and Concepcion Marmolejo.
She is survived by her daughter, Irene M. (Martin) Canales.
Grandchildren, Claudia (Adan) Esquivel, Hector Martin (Veronica) Canales Jr., Adriana Herrera, Alma Delia (Reymundo) Hernandez, Ana Luisa (Ismael) Delgado and Irene Melissa Canales.
9 great-grandchildren.
Sister, Francisca Zamarripa.
Also surviving her are numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Mrs. Meza's family would like to extend a special "Thank You" to the Atrium Rehabilitation Center and to VITAS Hospice Care, both of San Antonio, for their compassion and special care.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapel, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, December 9, 2016 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at St. John Neumann Catholic Church. Committal services will be held on a later date.
