URSULA MARICELA " MARI" MOYA

Ursula "Mari" Moya, age 62, loving mother of two and adoring sister and aunt joined our Heavenly Father on March 20, 2024. She was born on February 06, 1962 in Laredo, Texas and grew up surrounded by her loving family. She had 5 siblings and an amazing mother whom she adored. She attended Farias Elementary, Christen Middle School and was a proud Martin High School graduate. Mari graduated with a Fine Arts Associate Degree from the Laredo Junior College. Mari from a young age had multiple jobs, one of her favorites was Las Asadas, she loved sharing how she met many famous Tejano musicians. Her career path and passion for Import & Exports began when  Mr. Hector and Robert Martinez at  Martinez Inc. employed her on January 23, 1999 where she dedicated 25 years of her life.

Mari loved to cook, serve her family, dance and we can't forget her love of playing loteria. She was everyone's dance partner and favorite person. Mari also loved her Dallas Cowboys and Baby Yoda. She enjoyed the simple things in life like watching her favorite shows on the weekend with her daughter. Mari had an unforgettable smile that would light up the room. She was funny, loved wholeheartedly and would do anything for family.  One absolut about her was her love for her girls Gloria and Crystal, they were the twinkle in her eyes and the proudest mom.

Mari was preceded in death by her mother Lidia Villarreal, and father Agustin Cobos.

She is survived by her daughters Gloria M. Moya and Crystal Frazier (Rachel). Also surviving are her siblings Guadalupe Villa, Esperanza Soto, Sucet Villarreal (Armando), Margarito Benitez (Charisse), Rodolfo Benitez and  numerous nephews and nieces, other relatives and many friends.
