UVALDO G. "MR. UVA" FLORES JR.
Uvaldo G. "Mr. Uva" Flores Jr., 77, passed away on Friday, January 25, 2019, in Laredo, Texas.
Mr. Flores was born in Laredo, Texas and was a life long resident.
For over 25 years, he was the owner of Uva's Motorcycle Shop, located at 3119 San Dario, in Laredo, Texas. He founded the Border Drifters MC in 1971. He will be remembered and dearly missed by his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Uvaldo and Angelita Flores.
His beloved wife, Guillermina Flores.
Twins, Uvaldo Flores III and Ancira Flores.
Brother, Hector G. Flores.
He is survived by his daughters, Anna A. (Sandra Vasquez) Rodriguez, Juanita P. (Alberto) Arredondo, Sandra (Dorian) Lebeau and Sonia A. Flores.
15 grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Sisters, Gloria (Antonio) Rubio and Juanita Y. Flores.
Brothers, Mario (Paula) Flores, Armando (Diana) Flores and Juan E. (Lydia) Flores.
Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, February 1, 2019. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at Our Lady Of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
