WILLIAM "BILL" DENNIS MEYERS
Bill Meyers, de 73 años, falleció el sábado 26 de Octubre de 2024 en Laredo, Texas.
Bill era muy deseado después de muchos años en los que su madre (I'rene "Mickey" O'Brien) y su padre (Donald Francis Meyers) anhelaban tener un hijo. Su hermana Sallie Meyers se unió a él un par de años más tarde, seguida por su hermano George Meyers. Creció amando los deportes, la caza y la pesca en Salida, Colorado, al que siempre llamaría hogar.

Le sobrevive su amada esposa Maria Minerva Meyers.
Su mejor amigo, Vegas, así como muchos otros amigos.
También le sobreviven su única hija, Michelle Marie Daniels, su esposo Don y sus cinco hijos: Cameron, Justin, Ann, Brian y Megan.
Su hija Susana (Ricardo Santos) Santos López y sus nietos Melissa, Regina, Rick Santos López.
Sus padres y su hermano, George, le precedieron en la muerte, así como su primer nieto, Corey.
El velorio se llevará a cabo el jueves, 7 de noviembre de 2024, a las 8 a. m. a 11 a. m. en Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. en San Bernardo Ave. Se llevará a cabo un Servicio Religioso, oficiado por la Pastora Rosie Gaytan, a las 11 a. m. en la capilla de la funeraria. Los servicios de sepelio y el entierro se realizarán en el cementerio de la ciudad de Laredo con servicios Militares.

Bill Meyers, 73, passed away Saturday, October 26, 2024 in Laredo Texas.
Bill was very much wanted after many years of his mom (I'rene "Mickey" O'Brien) and dad (Donald Francis Meyers) longing for a child. His sister Sallie Meyers joined him a couple years later followed by his brother George Meyers. He grew up loving sports, hunting and fishing in Salida, Colorado which he would always call home.
Mr. Meyers was a Veteran of the United States Air Force in which he served from 1972 from 1975, He reached the rank of Sergeant until his Honorable Discharge in 1975. He was decorated with the REGAF, The National Defense Service Medal (NDSM), The Air Force Good Conduct Medal (AFGCM), The Airforce Medal (AFM).
He also had a step-brother, Ken Teter (Sandi) of Poncha Springs, Colorado and two step sisters: Kathy (Keith) Teter-Wood of Greeley, Colorado and Karen Teter of Denver, Colorado.
He is survived by his loving wife Maria Minerva Meyers.
His best friend, Vegas as well as many other friends.
He is also survived by his only child, Michelle Marie Daniels, her husband Don and their five children: Cameron, Justin, Ann, Brian and Megan.
His daughter, Susana (Ricardo Santos) Santos Lopez and their grandchildren Melissa, Regina, Rick Santos Lopez.
His parents and his brother, George, preceded him in death as well as his first grandson, Corey.
Visitation will be held from on Thursday, November 7, 2024, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . A religious service, officiated by Pastora Rosie Gaytan, be held at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Committal services and interment with Military Honors will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.
