ZOILA S. RAMOS
Zoila S. Ramos, 85, passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2020, in Laredo, Texas.
Mrs. Ramos was born in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas. She was employed and retired, as a Food Service Representative and Dietician, at the Laredo Mercy Hospital, where she worked, for over 21 years. After her retirement, she was employed, for over 10 years, at CCA. She had a big heart and was loved by everyone. She will forever live in our hearts.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, of over 30 years of marriage, Andres Ramos.
Sons, Juan Antonio Ramos and Andres Ramos III.
Parents, Vicente Soliz and Rosario Soliz.
She is survived by her children, Yolanda (Gerardo) Rodriguez, Sandra (Joe) Martinez, Roberto (Anna) Ramos, Mari (Beto) Martinez, Ana (David) Rodriguez.
Daughter-in-Law, Nancy Molina De Ramos.
Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.
Following the Ordinance by the State of Texas, Visitations will be limited to 40 people inside our funeral home.
It is preferred for minor children not be allowed to attend services.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
A Chapel service will be officiated at the Northside Chapel at 10 a.m. on Friday, August 21, 2020. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
