ZULEMA GARCIA

Zulema Garcia, 76, passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2022 in Laredo, Texas.

Mrs. Garcia was born in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and had been a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jesus and Petra Garcia.

Brothers, Jesus Garcia Jr and Jose Hector Llanes.

She is survived by her children, Alma (Bernardo) De La Garza, Rebecca (Marco) Sepulveda and Rolando F. (Martha Leticia) Islas.

9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.

Brother, Roberto (Rosa Elena) Garcia.

Sisters, Mercedes (Santos) Ibarra, Blanca (Ismael) Martinez, Maria Teresa (Arturo) Garcia and Araceli (Gilberto) Lopez.

Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 departing from the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Holy Mass was celebrated at St.John Neumann Catholic Church. Committal services and interment  followed at at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

PALLBEARERS WERE: Marco Sepulveda, Miguel Sepulveda, Marco Sepulveda Jr., Bernie De La Garza, Rolando Islas, Mia Islas, Karla Islas and Jonathan Islas.
