MARIA LUISA M. ZAVALA
Maria Luisa M. Zavala passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2020 in Laredo, Texas.
Mrs. Zavala was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a life long resident of Laredo.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Juan Posada Zavala.
Her children, Esteban Zavala, Juan Zavala Jr.
(4) Brothers and (2) sisters.
An d her Parents, Felipe and Apolonia Melendez.
She survived by her children, Sylvia (Cruz) Maldonado, Eva Z. (Ramiro) Bernal, Jorge (Juanita) Zavala, Adan Suarez,
Eliza Z. Centeno and  Irma Zavala.
Her  grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Her sister, Dolores Martinez
Also numerous  other relatives and many friends  and many friends.
Following the Ordinance by the State of Texas, visitation will be limited to 50% of capacity inside our funeral home.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 1 , 2020 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be officiated  at 7 p.m.
in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2020.
A Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
